About Microphone
There is an insulating film at the bottom of the microphone, which needs to be removed before use.
Computer connection method:
1. Use the U-shaped adapter in the accessory box to insert the computer (USB C-USB C connector).
Caution: Do not use the charging cable.
If the adapter buckle does not match the computer, a Type-C data cable can be used for connection. )
2. Windows ->Open -> Sound Settings ->Select Input ->Select USB Audio.
3. OBS hardware settings, default input changed to USB Audio.
(Please do not use the charging cable in the box as the adapter to connect to your computer.)
Some phone models, such as some Redmi phones, still cannot receive sound when connected to the microphone. At this time, it is necessary to turn on the external sound of the phone.
Open phone settings → Sound and vibration → Advanced settings → Default recording device → External devices
About Smartwatch
1. Open APP , turn on Bluetooth of the phone, and enable GPS positioning permission;
2. Turn on the watch screen and approach the phone;
3. Click on the "+" icon on the mobile app and select the watch model to bind in the search results;
4. Confirm the binding request on the watch
You can also directly scan the QR code on the watch to connect using the APP on your phone
Currently, only Udfine Watch Power 2 supports connecting Bluetooth earphones.
(That is, you don't need to take your mobile phone to run outside. The connected earphones can play the music stored in the Udfine Watch Power 2
The accuracy of heart rate measurement will be affected by such factors as uncomfortable wearing, arm movement and tight wearing of watches. In order to accurately measure heart rate, please wear your watch correctly, relax and keep still.
In addition, individual differences such as dark and light skin color, tattoos and scars may also affect the accuracy of heart rate measurement.
Our watches is equipped with multiple dials by default. You can switch manually on the watch, or switch in the dial setting of the application. You can also upload your own photos and customize the dial on the application.More dials can also be downloaded from the "Dial Market".
1. Suitable for regular temperature pools, not hot showers, seawater, or diving.
2. Wipe moisture off the watch, particularly the charging contacts after swimming.
Normally, it takes 1-2 hours to fully charge the watch. The standby time of the watch is about 35 days, and the normal use can last about 7-10 days. Please note that enabling the automatic heart rate detection function and vibration notification will consume more power and affect the battery life of the watch.
Payment & Order
Overall, orders for available products are processed within 1-2 business days.
1. The country or region you are ordering from is not serviced by UDFINE products.
2. Your order is identified as high risk by our fraud analysis tool. In such cases, we will contact you to confirm if the order was placed by you. If we do not receive a reply within 7 business days, the order will be canceled and refunded. If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us at service@udfinefit.com.
Udfine only charges for their products and not for any taxes. Tax policies and tax rates vary by country and region, so it’s best to contact your local customs office to learn more about any applicable taxes. Please note that if a package cannot be dispatched or is returned due to the buyer not cooperating with customs or failing to pay customs duties, a refund will not be supported. In addition, Udfine collects VAT on sales of goods delivered to consumers located in the European Union (EU).
If you’re not satisfied with the color or size, you may cancel the order before it ships and place a new order. However, once the product is en route, we cannot make any changes to the shipment.
If you receive the wrong item or if an item is missing, please contact our customer support team at service@udfinefit.com and provide photo evidence of your claim. We will review and process your claim within 5 business days.
Shipping & Refund
The majority of UDFINE's orders are shipped from our Shanghai, Huizhou and Dongguan manufacturing bases as well as our Hong Kong and Shenzhen warehouses.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipment Notification Email containing your order information and the tracking number of the parcel. To track your order, visit the links below depending on the courier used:

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on the destination country or region and may take 7 to 35 business days. For more information on shipping times, please refer to our Shipping Policy. However, due to the various factors involved in creating and shipping an order, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date. If your order has not arrived within 35 days, please contact us to inform us of the delay.
Please make sure to double-check your shipping address when placing an order. If you need to change the shipping address, please contact Customer Support (service@udfinefit.com) as soon as possible before the product has been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it may not be possible to change the shipping address.
Due to inconsistent policies on e-commerce among banks in different countries or regions, your local bank may deduct a certain handling fee based on the actual payment amount. It all depends on your local bank or customs.
We promise not to charge customers any additional fees beyond the product price. Some remote areas may charge partial shipping fees, but you can know the specific amount before placing the order.
